Budgets on one API key, one tag, one provider or the whole workspace, and an anomaly detector with one rule. Growth plan.
Budgets
Budgets, the alert emails and Slack delivery all ship with Growth. Set a monthly budget on one API key, one tag, one provider or the whole workspace. You get one email when it crosses the warn level you choose (80% by default, anywhere from 1% to 99%) and one when it reaches the limit: no noise, re-armed monthly.
Anomalies
One rule: alert when a provider burns more than 3× its 14-day median hourly spend for the number of consecutive hours your rule sets — 2 by default, up to 6 (minimum £2/hour, 6-hour cooldown). Needs usage reported by the hour, which today means a Cloudflare AI Gateway or Helicone connection. Providers that report once a day cannot be evaluated, and your alerts screen says so rather than staying quiet. The baseline is a median per provider, not per key or per model, so one noisy key cannot drag it up. That catches the retry loop at 2am while it is still running rather than on the invoice — WHERE THE PROVIDER REPORTS BY THE HOUR. On a provider that reports once a day there are no hours to compare, and the alerts screen names the rule as unevaluated instead of implying all is well.
