Terms of service

These terms are a contract between you and NextGen Software Ltd trading as Ratelytics (“Ratelytics”, “we”) for the use of ratelytics.io. Creating an account accepts them.

The service

Ratelytics reads usage and cost metadata from AI providers and revenue metadata from Stripe using keys you supply, and presents spend, margins, reports and alerts. It is an accounting view: not an observability tool, not a proxy, and never in your request path.

Your responsibilities

• Supply keys you are entitled to use, with the minimal read-only scopes we document.
• Keep your sign-in email under your control; sessions are as safe as that inbox.
• Do not attempt to access other workspaces, probe the service, or resell it without agreement.

Plans and billing

• Subscriptions bill through Stripe on the prices shown at checkout. Starter and Growth carry a 7-day trial; cancelling in the Stripe portal takes effect at period end.
• Starter and Growth prices exclude VAT; Personal and the £99 autopsy include it.
• The £99 AI Spend Autopsy: Sold for business use. Your report is generated and delivered immediately after payment. Because the full deliverable is provided on delivery, purchases are non-refundable once the report is delivered. If we fail to deliver your report, we refund in full.
• Failed payments start a 7-day grace period, then the workspace drops to Free. Data is never deleted for non-payment.

Your data

Your data stays yours. Export is self-serve on every plan; deletion is typed-confirmation, hard-deleted after a 24-hour cancellation window. The privacy policy is part of these terms.

The free autopsy teaser

Anyone can upload a usage export at ratelytics.io/autopsy and see a sample report without an account. Three things follow from that. The file stays yours. Uploading it gives us no rights over it beyond computing your result, and we never store the file itself. Upload only data you are entitled to share: not someone else’s export, and nothing you are under an obligation to keep confidential. And because the teaser is free and unattended, it is provided as-is with no warranty and no guarantee of availability; the accuracy commitments below describe the paid report. We may limit or refuse uploads to keep the service up.

Accuracy

Figures derive from provider APIs and the daily FX rate, reconciled where providers expose invoice totals. Savings estimates state their assumptions and confidence in the report. Ratelytics informs pricing and cost decisions; it does not make them for you.

Availability and liability

The service is provided with reasonable skill and care; no uptime commitment is offered on self-serve plans. To the extent the law allows, our total liability in any 12 months is capped at the fees you paid in those 12 months. Nothing limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Termination

You can leave any time: export, delete, done. We may suspend accounts that break these terms or put the service at risk, with notice where practicable.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales; the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.

Changes

We may update these terms; material changes are announced by email at least 14 days ahead. Continuing to use the service accepts the updated terms.
