Provider APIs are polled hourly, with the first sync running the moment you connect. Stripe revenue syncs nightly. Polling hourly is not the same as receiving hourly figures: most providers report usage a day at a time, and anomaly detection needs a provider that reports by the hour.
Nothing breaks and nothing is deleted. You see an upgrade prompt; history windows clamp on queries until you upgrade.

Settings → Data → Delete workspace, typed confirmation. You then have 24 hours to cancel; after that every row and key is hard-deleted, confirmed in writing.
