What we store, what we never see, and how to take everything away.
What we store
Usage and cost totals: dates, models, token counts, amounts. Never prompts, never completions, never your customers' content. Provider keys are AES-256-GCM encrypted, displayed masked and redacted from logs.
Export and deletion
Settings → Data exports everything as CSV, including the accounting cost pack (monthly summary and full line items in your display currency). Deleting a workspace is a typed confirmation; all rows and keys are hard-deleted after a 24-hour cancellation window, with an email confirmation.
