Can Ratelytics read my prompts or data?
No. Connectors use usage and billing endpoints only; the keys we ask for cannot access content, and several providers' usage keys physically cannot call inference.
How current are the numbers?
Provider APIs are polled hourly with a first sync the moment you connect. Stripe revenue syncs nightly. CSV imports appear immediately.
What currencies do you support?
Providers bill in their native currency (USD, EUR, INR, PLN, CNY…). Ratelytics stores the native amount and converts at the event-date rate to your display currency: GBP, USD or EUR.
How does the 7-day trial work?
Starter and Growth take a card up front and charge nothing for 7 days. We email you on day 5; cancel from the billing portal and you pay nothing.
Is the £99 autopsy refundable?
Sold for business use. Your report is generated and delivered immediately after payment. Because the full deliverable is provided on delivery, purchases are non-refundable once the report is delivered. If we fail to deliver your report, we refund in full.
My provider isn't listed. Now what?
Import its spend with the multi-source CSV template today, and file a connector request from the Connections page. Waves are built in order of real demand.
Can I hide the demo workspaces?
Yes, Settings → Profile → Show demo workspaces, or the one-click link in the workspace switcher once you have a live connection of your own.
