From signup to your first real number in about four minutes.
The four-minute setup
- Sign in with a magic link: no password to invent.
- Name your workspace and pick a mode: Personal (your own keys) or Company (a product with customers).
- Company mode asks how you bill: per-customer subscriptions (connect Stripe later for margin) or contracts and invoices (revenue is skipped entirely).
- Connect a provider with a read-only or usage key, or import a CSV. The first sync runs immediately.
- Not ready to connect? Explore with demo data, a fully seeded fictional company you can walk through.
What Ratelytics never asks for
Read-only and usage keys only: never billing control, never inference permission, never your prompts or data. Keys are encrypted with AES-256-GCM at rest, shown masked, and redacted from logs.
